Position Vacant: Recruitment and Fundraising Officer

We are currently looking for a Recruitment and Fundraising Officer to be based in our Sydney office.

The core responsibility will be recruiting individual union members or workplace delegates to become regular monthly donors to assist Union Aid Abroad - APHEDA's overseas training projects.

This position would suit an experienced union organizer who would like to use their organizing skills to strengthen the Australian union movement's international solidarity work through Union Aid Abroad - APHEDA. It may be possible to arrange a secondment for a year or two from organizing in a union, and instead, undertake organizing for Union Aid Abroad - APHEDA.

The salary is $50,000 a year plus fringe benefits plus 9% super. Some interstate travel is required.
