Gifts That Change Lives

$500 Medical care for Burmese refugee children
This gift provides desperately needed medical care for Burmese refugee children with serious medical conditions through the Mae Tao Clinic on the Thai-Burma border.*
Union Aid Abroad-APHEDA works with the internationally renowned Mae Tao Clinic to provide health care to Burmese refugees. The Burma Children’s Medical Fund (BCMF) is the paediatric ward of the Mae Tao Clinic, set up to treat the increasing number of children arriving from Burma who have serious medical problems such as congenital heart defects, landmine injuries and cancer. THE BCMF and Mae Tao Clinic give these children a chance by providing funding for their medical treatment and surgical procedures.*
